For the Great Calendar Project: I've actually made an inked version of this to make the coloring cleaner... but I'm withholding that for now. I've gotta give you guys even more reason to stay on your toes when the actual Calendar comes out. ;D

The Great Calendar Project was put together by the talented :iconmadmousemedia:

This has been done for a week or so but Devart kept stalling out on me. :p

I'm also (nervously) trying out the Crituque system. Be nice. My ego is fragile and my temper admittedly brittle. C_C;

Gorgeous piece! If I were to nit-pick about anything, I'd say that her arm is too long, judging the hip placement from her corset. But, she's got three fingers and some tentacles, so perhaps that's normal for her. ;)

I'm totally digging those tentacles, btw.

This is a beautiful drawing with wonderful details. I can see so much in there, much love from the water-bound creature to the slightly hesitant human... Beautiful. I see tenderness, the longing...

I especially like the little bits and pieces, like the seaweed, the jewellery and her clothing! A really good work!

first of all...you are freaking amazing at kissing pics! they're always sooooo enchanting :D I really love the different reactions and how she almost seems to be seducing him the way he's clinging more to her than she is to him :giggle: And I love her dress as well!

Wow...ok. How DID I futz up her hand and not notice? I think the long arms are just a bad habit, but the finger count shouldn't be sneaking in from my chibis. X_@ I'll have to correct that in the inked version before I color.
